Our client is seeking a Commercial Property Locum who is available for the start of 2020 on an ongoing basis.
The ideal Commercial Property Locum will be confident in handling a varied caseload of Commercial Property matters including but limited to; landlord and tenant, leases, sales, purchases and secured lending. Applications will be considered from candidates who are qualified Commercial Property Locum Solicitors or candidates with a strong Commercial Property background.
The Commercial Property Locum will be offered a competitive hourly rate, the opportunity of a long term position and a very commutable location.
