Commercial Property Lawyer
Up to £40 per hour
An experienced Commercial Property Lawyer is required to join a small South East Local Authority. My client is looking for an experienced Commercial Property Lawyer, either from a local authority or Private Practice background, to join them on an initial 3 month, remote basis. There will also be an opportunity for this role to go temporary to permanent.
As a Commercial Property Solicitor you will cover an array of Property matters, such as, drafting and settling shared ownership leases for use in new flat development, drafting parking policies and parking licences, sales of Right to Buy properties, reviewing, updating and amending the council's standard leases and providing ad hoc Planning advice.
Required skills and experience of the Senior Commercial Property Solicitor:
- Qualified solicitor minimum 5 years PQE
- Proven experience and knowledge in Commercial Property within a local authority or Private Practice setting
