Commercial property/Regeneration - Kent
A popular Local Authority within the South East are seeking a Senior Commercial Property and Regeneration Lawyer to join their team for an initial 6 months period with the view for extension. This is ideally looking at a hybrid working based role with 1-2 days per week in the office and he Client is paying an attractive rate of up to £50p/h.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Commercial Property Lawyer to join a friendly and supportive team and the opportunity to get involved with some excellent work.
The Property lawyer will be responsible for the delivery of all aspects of legal advice within their team, where they will be expected to build strong relationships with internal and external partners. This position will be fast-paced and it is therefore imperative the property lawyer is confident in handling a full caseload consisting of, but not limited to, the following matters:
- General property advice
- Property Development Easements and Licences Option and Promotion Agreements
- Commercial leases, Acquisition and sale of commercial and residential property
- Rent reviews, Dilapidation issues, Tenancy and Licence Agreements, Planning Issues, Conditional Contracts, Property related Joint Venture Agreements, Auction Acquisitions/Disposals Knowledge, Skills and Experience
A Commercial Property Lawyer with local authority experience is highly preferable, however our client is willing to consider Property/Regeneration lawyers from other backgrounds with transferable skills.
