Commercial Property Paralegal

An enthusiastic Property Paralegal is required to join a Kent based local authority. My client is looking for an experienced Property Paralegal to join their small but strong and dynamic team on a full time basis. The council has excellent transport links from Central London with a fast train available.

As a Property Paralegal you will be working within a local authority Commercial Property team assisting solicitors, with drafting and taking instructions. Other Commercial Property matters will include:

  • Commercial Leases
  • Commercial Licenses
  • Managing Right to Buy cases from initial instruction through to completion
  • Property transactions

Required skills and experience of the Commercial Property Paralegal:

  • Experience managing your own Commercial Property cases
  • Experience in assisting solicitors effectively
  • Experience in a local authority would be beneficial, but applicants from private practice with Commercial Property experience will be considered
