I'm currently working with one of Yorkshires leading Legal 500 practices with a number of offices across Yorkshire including Leeds, Harrogate and Bradford. This award winning firm are seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor at Partner level to join their successful team.
The team offer a full range of expertise and advice covering commercial leases; property development; portfolio management; option agreements; pension funds; planning and environment; property finance; leasehold enfranchisement; farming; agriculture and rural; residential property; Islamic finance; and construction contracts.
The aim of the role is to drive further growth of the department across Leeds and Harrogate and for that reason the position can be based in either location. The ideal candidate will be driven and ambitious, have a minimum of 6 years' experience working in a busy property department, be capable of successfully managing a real estate/commercial property caseload, and have a proactive approach to business development. A following is desirable.
