My client is a well-established, Lexcel recognised firm who offer advice for the full range of legal issues. Their array of awards and accreditations indicate the extent of their commitment to providing a first class service, and it's this quality of service that sets them apart from other firms.

Their bespoke commercial property team are now looking for a Commercial Property Secretary to join their Milton Keynes office on a full-time permanent basis, between hours: 09.00 - 17.30 Monday to Friday.

Candidates should have secretarial experience within either residential or commercial property, and should be used to working within a fast-paced department, meeting deadlines and managing client expectations. The position would suit somebody who is approachable, flexible, confident, and has a good eye for detail.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Diary management
  • Opening files
  • Digital Dictation
  • Preparing reports
  • Updating clients and contacts
  • Handling completions
