Sellick Partnership are currently working with a well-established law firm based in the North West where an exciting locum opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Property Solicitor.

My client is looking for an experienced Locum Commercial Property Solicitor to join them on an ongoing basis.

As a Commercial Property Solicitor you will cover an array of Property matters, such as, drafting and settling shared ownership leases for use in new flat development, drafting parking policies and parking licences, sales of Right to Buy properties, reviewing, updating and amending the council's standard leases and providing ad hoc Planning advice.

Required skills and experience of the Commercial Property Solicitor:

  • Qualified solicitor minimum 5 years PQE
  • Proven experience and knowledge in Commercial Property within a local authority or Private Practice setting
