An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Property Solicitor/Legal Executive to join a well respected Local Authority based in Nottinghamshire.

Our client is seeking a Locum Property Solicitor to join their Legal Services team on a part time basis for an anticipated minimum period of 3 months but with the strong potential of extension. The role is 16-20 hours per week and working days must include Mondays and Tuesdays.

The successful candidate will be joining a friendly and supportive team, and will be responsible for an interesting and varied caseload, which could include;

  • Sales
  • Leases
  • Acquisitions and disposals
  • Development matters

Our client is accessible via public transport or there is a car parking available on site. There is the option to work from home 1 day per week after the initial settling in period also.
