My client, a well-established Legal 500 firm with an outstanding are now recruiting a Commercial Property Solicitor to join their Commercial Property team on a full time permanent basis in Central Reading. Ideally, they are looking for an NQ - 4 years PQE. Commended for their excellent client-care and quality advice, this firms specialist teams are Lexcel accredited leaders in the area. Regardless of the type of client, or their needs, this firm strives to provide a cost effective, pragmatic, and resourceful service.
The firms Commercial Property Solicitors are committed to providing their clients with wide ranging specialist advice. The successful candidate should be familiar with the following matters:
- Purchases and sales of business premises including (but not limited to) offices, shops and industrial units
- Commercial lease advice
- Lease sales, grants, renewals, variations and extensions (for both Landlords and Tenants)
- Options, promotion agreements and other commercial and agricultural land development agreements
- Property aspects of company re-organisation and insolvency
- Utility easements
- Commercial property secured lending arrangements
