We are working with a top tier Legal 500 practice who are looking to build out their Commercial Property department. They are looking for candidates from 2-10PQE as they have roles at different levels.

The role includes working within a busy but supportive team dealing with the following:

  • Business sales and purchases
  • Leasehold extensions
  • Tenancy agreements
  • Commercial Leases
  • Landlord and Tenant

This firm works with a range of clients including but not exclusive to; retail and leisure, industrial, health and social care and offices. They work on high value matters and pride themselves on building long-term relationships with large clients.

Our client is looking for passionate solicitors who have experience within commercial property and are looking to further develop their careers. They need people who are team players and can build and maintain relationships with key clients.
