Due to an influx in Commercial Property based work, my client is looking to appoint a Commercial Property Solicitor, ideally with 3-5 Years' PQE , to join it's expanding Property department.

Your New Role

The successful Commercial Property Solicitor will be working on a range of Commercial Property matters including;

  • Commercial sales
  • Purchases
  • Site acquisitions and disposals
  • Landlord and tenant matters
  • Secured lending
  • Development work
  • Corporate support

About You

The successful Commercial Property Solicitor will;

  • Be ideally 3-5 Years' PQE, with experience in handling a variety of Commercial Property matters (experience in the area of leasehold enfranchisement would be an advantage)
  • Be able to deliver excellent client service and work to a high standard
