A leading law firm with offices around the South of England is seeking a Commercial Property solicitor to boost their expanding property team on a full-time permanent basis.

Your New Role

Our client's Commercial Property team advise clients on a local, regional and national basis, including several household brand names. The successful Commercial Property Solicitor will be dealing with a mixed caseload of Commercial Property matters including;

  • Landlord and tenant
  • Freehold sale and purchases
  • Commercial property acquisitions and disposals
  • Negotiating and drafting commercial leases
  • Commercial mortgages

About You

The successful Commercial Property Solicitor will;

  • Have 1-3 years' experience and will have gained experience in Commercial Property work at either a city or leading regional practice
  • Have the ability to work as part of a team and deliver excellent client service
