A Local Authorities within East Anglia are seeking a Senior Commercial Property and Planning Lawyer to join their team for an initial 6 months period with the view for extension. The council are offering fully remote working through the duration of the contract.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Commercial Property Lawyer to join a friendly and supportive team especially if you would like to gain further planning experience.
The role is 90% Commercial Property with a 10% Planning aspect.
The Property lawyer will be responsible for:
- General property advice
- Property Development Easements and Licences Option and Promotion Agreements
- Commercial leases, Acquisition and sale of commercial and residential property
- Planning Section 106's
A Commercial Property Lawyer with local authority experience is highly preferable, however our client is willing to consider Property/Regeneration lawyers from other backgrounds with transferable skills.
The Client is paying an attractive rate of up to £40 - £50p/h+
