My client is a highly-regarded Legal 500 practice whose commercial property department are ranked highly within chambers. This renowned team are looking for an 3+Years PQE Commercial Property Solicitor to join their Real Estate department on a full-time, permanent basis in their Hampshire office.

Your New Role

The ideal Commercial Property Solicitor will have experience managing their own caseload, and will be able to demonstrate these skills in a broad range of Commercial Property matters, including:

  • Landlord and tenant
  • Commercial property acquisitions and disposals
  • Negotiating and drafting commercial leases
  • Commercial mortgages
  • Guarantees
  • LA Agreements

This team work with a range of clients including sales of marinas, pub chains and airfields. The team deal with a lot of repeat business and the value of the cases is usually £10,000,000 plus. It is an exciting opportunity to join a very successful team who deal with high end, interesting work. There is also scope for the right candidate to progress through to partner level.
