Sellick Partnership are currently recruiting for a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join a great local authority based in South Wales. The role will be for a period of 2-3 months to cover an increase in workload.

In return our client can consider either part-time or full-time hours, as well as a flexible working pattern, including 1 day from home or condensed working hours.

The successful Commercial Property Solicitor will be able to 'hit the ground running' and be able to pick up a varied caseload of local authority commercial property matters which may include:

  • Acquisitions and disposals
  • Transfers
  • Leases and licences
  • Providing ad hoc property advice as raised by client departments
  • We are keen to hear from candidates from a public sector or a private practice background.
