Sellick Partnership are recruiting a Commercial Property Projects Lawyer for a public sector organisation based in Cheshire.

For the right candidate, my client will be able to offer flexible working, which can include condensed working hours and 2 days of homeworking each week.

As a Commercial Property Projects Lawyer you will be involved in:

  • Major redevelopment projects
  • Brexit planning
  • General commercial property matters

The successful candidate will join the team ASAP for an initial 3-6 months, with a possibility of extension.

Previous public sector experience is desirable, although Commercial Property Lawyers from Private Practice backgrounds are still encouraged to apply.
