Considering this success, the need has arisen to recruit a Commercial Solicitor to their busy team on a full-time, permanent basis.

This well-established firm are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Commercial Solicitor to blend into their busy team and take on an extensive mix of commercial matters including;

  • Contract drafting and negotiation of high value and complex contracts
  • Procurement contracts
  • Agency and distribution agreements
  • IT contracts
  • Outsourcing agreements
  • General terms and conditions
  • Data Protection
  • Intellectual property
  • Commercial due diligence

This role will be ideal for those applicants looking to further their career, through working alongside a diverse range of experienced and well respected Partners. The successful candidate will be a qualified Commercial Solicitor, ILEX or equivalent, with at least 4 years' PQE.
