My client is a top tier Legal 500 practice with national success. The firm thanks this success to their commercial lawyers, who represent an impressive range of FTSE 250 clients on high-profile, and play a vital role in helping clients remove obstacles to growth and success. The opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Solicitor to join this dynamic team.

The successful candidate would have experience in drafting and negotiating commercial agreements, providing practical legal advice covering; which would include;

  • Outsourcing, logistics and supply chain management
  • Procurement and supply of goods and services
  • Procurement and contracting for the public sector
  • Facilities and asset management
  • Agency and distribution
  • Partnering, collaborations and strategic alliances
  • Research and development

In return the successful Commercial Solicitor will receive an above market rate salary with additional benefits, whilst working in a well-established commercial team with fantastic opportunities to progress.
