Company Secretarial Assistant

Sellick Partnership are delighted to be recruiting for a Company Secretarial Assistant to join a government owned organisation based in Sheffield on a locum basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to join a growing and exciting organisation.

The successfull candidate for the Company Secretarial Assistant role will pick up a range of matters, including but not limited to:

- Support with compliance aroun the Companies Act, including registering directors, lodging statuory forms with Companies House, assisting with annual reporting and filing confirmation statements

- Preparing agendas and meeting packs for board and committee meetings

- Assisting with management of information and records

- Dealing with ad-hoc queries to cupport the team and wider business

They are ideally looking for someone who has experience of working in a similar position and also ideally be part or fully qualified member of CGI.

The role is based in Sheffield and will require office attendance around twice a week.
