Our client, a leading social housing provider is recruiting for a Compliance and Safety Officer to join their team on a permanent basis

Responsibilities of the Compliance Officer include:

  • Administering and leading on all aspects of compliance and safety , including gas, legionella, electric, asbestos, fire and lifts
  • Providing advice and training on compliance procedures when required
  • Periodically reviewing working practices surrounding compliance and safety
  • Leading on operational risk assessments
  • Overseeing the management and document control for compliance
  • Preparing reports for management

The successful candidate will possess:

  • Driver's license and access to a vehicle
  • IOSH or NEBOSH
  • Experience working within a similar capacity within the social housing field
