A well-established and highly regarded law firm with offices nationwide are looking for a Construction Lawyer to join their offices. The successful Construction Lawyer will join the companies' expanding team on a full time permanent basis.

The role will see the successful candidate dealing with a varied caseload of construction matters in relation to the sale of range of developments.

The key duties of the role will include:

  • Reviewing a variety of construction documents to include development and funding agreements, building contracts, professional team appointments and collateral warranties.
  • Liaising with investment teams and external property lawyers with regards to homes and commercial and industrial units.
  • Management of admin and delivery of construction documents
