Construction Contracts Lawyer role within local government!

Sellick Partnership are currently looking for an experienced contracts lawyer with a background in construction contracts.

This opportunity for a Construction Contracts Lawyer is with a popular and well-regarded local authority in London. The council's contracts team are really busy and need an experienced lawyer to assist with work generated by development and regeneration projects.

The Construction Contracts Lawyer will be joining the council on a locum 3-month contract with the view to extend. Office presence is not required.

They will join the fantastic contracts team, working remotely for the duration of the contract. Work will include:

  • JCT Contracts
  • Collateral warranties
  • NEC Contracts

The Construction Contracts Lawyer will enjoy the interesting work, while working within a friendly and well-supported team environment.
