Our client, a Local Authority in the home counties is recruiting for a Construction Contracts Lawyer to join their Legal Services team for an anticipated period of 12 months to assist with an upcoming project.

This is an excellent remote working (if preferred) opportunity for an experienced Construction Contracts Lawyer to join an established, supportive and friendly team.

The successful Contracts Lawyer will be responsible for undertaking contracts and procurement matters including;

  • Construction contracts (JCT, NEC, etc.)
  • TUPE matters
  • Subsidy control
  • Data protection

This opportunity is to start immediately and Commercial Contract Lawyers with relevant construction experience gained from any sector will be considered.
