On behalf of a large, reputable London Local Authority I am seeking an experienced Construction Contracts Lawyer to join a supportive, successful legal team.

The successful Construction Contracts Lawyer must have public procurement experience along with:

  1. Managing large regeneration programmes without the need for external legal support;
  2. Drafting and advising on various construction and related documents, such as various forms of contract, for example; JCT PCSA 2016, JCT D&B 2015, collateral warranties, performance bonds; and
  3. Contract negotiations

This is a fantastic, challenging role where you are able to get involved in some high value, interesting projects. This is a locum contract of an initial 6 month with the likelihood of extension thereafter.

My client is ideally looking for someone to join them on short notice, therefore if you feel you have the relevant experience for this role please send across your CV to leah.edgar@sellickpartnership.co.uk.
