My client, a public sector organisation based in Birmingham, are currently seeking a locum to assist with the construction element of an exciting, large scale infrastructure project. This is an interesting project relating to a city-wide transport upgrade. The new network will enable a greater ease of mobility and an environmentally friendly travel system to service users in this dynamic city.

The successful candidate will be required to handle all elements of construction law, which will be drafting construction contracts and negotiating any necessary amendments. The commercial contracts will include NEC building contracts, engineering contracts and infrastructure contracts. This is a fantastic CV builder for someone who already has considerable construction or projects experience.

My client is looking for predominantly office based working. However, they are open to part time working hours and can offer lots of flexibility. The role will be for an initial period of 6 months.

We encourage interested applicants to apply immediately to be considered for short listing. Alternatively should you require further information or wish to discuss your suitability before applying please contact Kate Jasper in our Manchester office for a confidential discussion.
