A well known organisation in the West Midlands is working with Sellick Partnership find x2 Project Managers.

They are looking for construction-savvy Projects Manager to lead on a number of refurbishment works across the region.

Duties of the Construction Project Manager role will include, but is not limited to:

  • Delivering high quality schemes on time and to budget across refurbished sites
  • Providing change control procedure to maximum added value and minimise disruption to the project
  • Providing structured approach to project planning to include health and safety, execution methods and quality
  • Reporting into the Property Manager
  • Planning, implementing a Housing Project and Office Moves
  • Sourcing sites and working with operation colleagues to manage all workstreams
  • Dealing with procurement
  • Utilising knowledge of Property Works
  • Dealing with contract negotiations and then delivering the moves including fit out and decommissioning

The successful candidate will have:

  • Full driving license
  • Up to date relevant knowledge of Building Legislation/Construction Knowledge
  • Up to date relevant knowledge of Health and Safety legislation
