My client is a Legal 500 ranked firm with a highly skilled team of lawyers, based across 3 offices in West Yorkshire and over 50 years' combined experience. The firm specialise in supporting families in Family Law, Conveyancing and Private Client matters.

Due to growth they are seeking a Solicitor with 3+ years experience in Contentious Probate matters to join their growing Private Client team based in Wakefield. The team deal with all aspects of contentious trusts and probate work, including disputes over wills, financial provision claims, disputes with executors, disputes regarding powers of attorney and contested Court of Protection applications.

The Private Client department has been identified as the fastest growing department within the business and this is a great opportunity to join a firm offering high quality work with a family feel environment and great work life balance. The firm are also considering part time working hours for the right person.
