An exciting position has arisen in the specialist Contentious Trusts and Probate team at a Legal 500 regional firm at offices in Central Lancashire (with a hybrid home working scheme available).

Our client has a well-known and large dispute resolution team with specialist offerings including contentious probate/probate litigation. Due to continued growth within this team, they are looking for an additional fee earner. As a Probate Litigation Solicitor you will be acting on a wide range of contentious private client matters on behalf of Trustees, Executors and Beneficiaries including claims for reasonable financial provision, validity of a will, interpretation issues and breach of trust.

The role would suit a solicitor from c. NQ to 5 years PQE who is already specialising in this area, or who has had exposure to this niche within a general litigation practice and who is looking to focus on contentious probate moving forwards.

In return our client is offering the opportunity to be a key team member in one of the largest Contentious Probate teams in the North West, alongside a competitive salary and package.
