My client's core values empower their solicitors as the staple of their success, supporting a strong work-life balance in order to achieve positive results for their clients.

Their specialist group of lawyers are looking for a Contentious Probate Solicitor to join their specialist team, a short commute from Manchester City Centre.

The successful candidate will have the ability and initiative to work independently, as well as a flexible and enthusiastic approach to fulfilling the duties of the post. You will be acting on a variety of disputes on behalf of both claimants and defendants, including IPFDA claims, validity challenges, removal of executors, construction applications and claims for proprietary estoppel.

The role will suit a candidate from around 0 to 6 PQE who is either in a specialist Probate Litigation role already or who has gained strong experience of this area and is now looking to join a specialist team.

In return our client is offering a competitive package, a supportive environment and a strong culture with a focus on work life balance.
