An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Contentious Trusts and Probate Solicitor to join a highly regarded Legal 500 firm in Hampshire.

Your New Role

The successful Contentious Trusts and Probate Solicitor will gain exposure to all aspects of contentious trusts and probate work including:

  • Disputes over wills
  • Powers of attorney disputes
  • Financial provision claims
  • Disputes with executors

About You

The ideal Contentious Trusts and Probate Solicitor will;

  • Be a Qualified Solicitor. The firm are open to receiving applications from NQ Solicitors up to Solicitors with 5 years' PQE
  • Be a self-motivated and organised individual with good verbal and written communication skills
  • Have experience dealing with Contentious Trust and Probate matters
