Sellick Partnership has been engaged to recruit a talented individual for a not for profit organisation within their Contracts division. The role has a varied nature and will require a technical mindset, a strong overall attention to detail alongside an amiable personality who can multi task and work to deadlines. The role sits within a Contracts team of 4 people who specialise in data & document management duties and verify documentation with regards to the various funders of this organisation for internal audit requirements.
Duties of the Contracts Administration Officer;
- Support the process of building compliant funding claims through verification
- Internal stakeholder input and external stakeholder expenditure claims.
- Ensure fully compliant document audit trails are in place for project expenditure
- Verification and cross referencing of data, supporting full process
- Build MI and support packs for funder audits
- Supporting and ad-hoc involvement in various project work
The ideal applicant;
The successful applicant for the Contracts Administration Officer will have ideally have experience of working in a regulated environment where compliance, an attention to detail are key. You will be highly organised, demonstrate a strong attention to detail and have evidence of a structured administrative role. There will be tight deadlines, so working to time pressures will be a pre-requisite. Good communication skills for query handling and stakeholder engagement are crucial to the success of this role.
