Paralegal required to join a great local authority specialising in Contracts and GDPR. This role is predicted to last 3 months, with the possibility of extension thereafter.

As a Contracts and GDPR Paralegal, you will be expected to:

  • Liaise with concerned suppliers in order to put variations to agreements in place
  • Maintaining and updating legal documentation
  • Provide legal support as and when it is needed
  • Place template clauses in all Council contracts

The ideal candidate will have experience in contract law and if possible, have some data protection knowledge. Experience of working within a local authority is also desirable, however it is not essential.

This is an amazing opportunity to join a respectable local authority while taking on an interesting role focusing on the new General Data Protection Regulations that came into force with effect from 25th May 2018.
