We are looking for an experienced Contracts and Procurement Lawyer to join a London Local Authority on a locum basis.
About the role
As a Contracts and Procurement Lawyer you will join a team dealing with a wide variety of legal contract matters including:
- Drafting and amending contracts
- Negotiating with third parties
- Advising and drafting procurement documents
- Providing legal advice to Local Authority Clients
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced lawyer to join a shared service with a wide variety of clients, with the opportunity to pick up some project work.
Our client is ideally looking for Contract Lawyers with local government experience with a sound knowledge of public procurement, service contracts and data protection, although candidates with private sector experience will also be considered.
