Are you a Contracts & Procurement Lawyer with public sector experience?

A well-regarded West London Authority is seeking a locum Contracts & Procurement Lawyer to join their large, friendly team due to an increase in workloads. There is also potential for this to be a Senior level role, without management responsibilities.

This assignment will be conducted remotely and will begin on a 3-month contract with a view to extend on a rolling basis.

You must have at least 2 years' solid experience in a local authority including solid procurement experience.

The successful Contracts & Procurement Lawyer will handle a variety of matters, including but not limited to:

  • Drafting a variety of specialist contracts (such as IT, service, framework, waste disposal)
  • Advising on GDPR and FOI matters
  • Procurement
  • Information law

You will carry a greatly varied caseload of interesting work, with no two days being the same. This is an unmissable opportunity to take on engaging work and continue your professional development within a welcoming and friendly team!
