We are looking for an experienced Contracts Lawyer to join a London local authority.
As a Contracts Lawyer you will join a team of 2 senior solicitors dealing with a wide variety of matters including:
- Drafting contract clauses
- Negotiating with third parties
- Advising and drafting procurement documents
- Providing legal advice to Local Authority Clients
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Contracts Lawyer to join a friendly and supportive Local Authority. The offices are accessible by close proximity to transport links. There is also the opportunity to work from home for 2 days a week.
The ideal candidate will already have Local Government experience with good knowledge of public procurement, service contracts and data protection.
The contract is initially for a 3 month period, although it is likely that there will be an opportunity for a permanent position. Ideally looking for a start date early in the New Year.
