Contracts and Procurement Lawyer is required to join a social enterprise firm which prides itself on providing legal services across the public and not to profit sector. Our client is seeking a Contracts and Procurement Lawyer to join them on a permanent contract.
You will have the opportunity to work an interesting and varied caseload with clients from local authorities, NHS and CCGS to name a few. The work requires someone to ideally have experience of working for public sector clients previously either in-house or in private practice. Candidates must have EU procurement experience in order to fulfil the role.
You will be preparing, negotiating and advising on all aspects relating to contract and procurement matters including PFI and advising on projects which involve multiple agencies and client interests. Work in relation to trading companies would also be involved. Our client is happy to consider candidates from 2 years PQE up and is happy to tailor the work around the candidates experience.
This practice has three offices but this role requires you to work from their Northampton office which makes it easily accessible from the Midlands, Home Counties and transport links from London. This practice offers achievable billing targets, flexible working hours and home working making it a very attractive place to work.
