We are looking for a Contracts and Procurement Lawyer to join a London Local Authority on a contract basis.


As a Contracts and Procurement Lawyer, you will be dealing with a wide variety of legal matters including:

  • Drafting and amending contracts
  • Negotiating with third parties
  • Advising on and drafting procurement documents
  • Providing legal advice to Local Authority Clients


The ideal candidate will have company secretary experience and will also have some Local Government experience, along with good knowledge of public procurement and development. Candidates with private sector experience will also be considered.


This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced lawyer to join a Local Authority with a very interesting workload. The offices are close to public transport links and there may also be the opportunity to work from home for 1 day a week, after a settling in period.
