Contracts Lawyer required to join a busy Local Authority in Hertfordshire on a locum basis.

Our client is seeking an enthusiastic, proficient individual who can hit the ground running in this role. The successful applicant will have extensive Contracts experience within the Public Sector. In this role, you will be undertaking a varied and interesting caseload of Contract matters.

Your duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Advising, drafting and vetting of public contracts
  • Bespoke contracts
  • JCT contracts
  • NEC Engineering and Construction suite of contracts
  • IT contracts
  • Call-off contracts
  • Framework agreements
  • Consultancy agreements

In return, the client is offering a competitive hourly rate and flexible working arrangements to the successful Lawyer. The assignment will begin on an initial 3 months basis with the strong possibility for extension.
