Contracts Legal Officer required to join a local authority based in London for an initial 3 month period.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced contracts paralegal to build upon their experience within a popular local authority, and to gain exposure to different areas of law.
Predominantly this is a contracts role, that will involve some property work. However, it will potentially involve court work around the following areas;
- Litter prosecutions
- Charging orders
- Blue badge fraud
Previous experience in dealing with contracts is essential, and it would be beneficial if these were specifically public sector contracts. The ideal candidate will also have experience in dealing with property matters
Our client is looking for a contracts legal officer educated to LPC level or above. However, due to the vast number of local authority locum roles at the moment, we encourage experienced paralegals without an LPC to send their CV in.
This Local Authority Office is easy to reach, situated within walking distance from the town centre, making it easily accessible by public transport.
We encourage interested applicants to apply immediately to be considered for short listing. Alternatively should you require further information or wish to discuss your suitability before applying please contact Chelsey Newsom in our Manchester office for a confidential discussion.
