Corporate Contracts Lawyer required to join a local authority based in London for an initial 3 month period.

This is a fantastic opportunity to undertake a corporate role within a large public sector organisation.

The successful candidate will manage a busy workload of contracts matters, which will include dealing with limited company set-ups, drafting and amending a wide variety of contracts, and providing legal advice. However, the majority of the work will be based heavily around large regeneration projects such as housing developments, large infrastructure agreements and is dealing with some the largest contracts in Greater London at this present time. This really is one of the most exciting councils to work for at the minute!

Previous public sector experience would be highly beneficial, although not essential for this fast-paced role. However, the ideal corporate contracts lawyer will be very experienced in handling a variety of different contracts matters.

We encourage interested applicants to apply immediately to be considered for short listing. Alternatively should you require further information or wish to discuss your suitability before applying please contact Kate Wilkinson in our Manchester office for a confidential discussion.
