Sellick Partnership are currently recruiting for an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Paralegal with conracts experience to join a Local Authority in the North east for a 2 year Fixed Term Contract.

The ideal candidate for the Contracts Paralegal post will be pickign up matters such as:

  • Public Contracts Regulations 2015,
  • Range of commercial transactions
  • Advising on social care and public health, construction, waste, and IT contracts
  • Reviewing and drafting a range of commercial conracts
  • Liasing with client depatments
  • Projects of strategic significance to the Council

The role will also involve supporting collaborative and joint working with other local authorities and public bodies and supporting other Council client organisations.

The successful applicant will have strong experience in preparing contract documentation. In return you will receive a competitive salary, public sector pension and flexible working patterns.
