Fantastic opportunity for an experienced Contracts Paralegal to work within a well-regarded London Borough Council.

Our client at a London Borough Council is looking for a locum Contracts Paralegal to join their team. The Contracts Paralegal will work on an ongoing basis, with great opportunities for progression.

The role is initially remote but there will be ad hoc office attendance in the future. The hourly rate for this role is in the range of £25-32ph umbrella co.

The successful Contracts Paralegal will ideally have local government experience, however this is not essential. They must have worked within a busy team, and be keen to hit the ground running within a fast-paced environment. They are looking for someone who is a team player who will come in and get stuck into the workload.

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Sealing contracts (both in person and electronically)
  • Collating contracts
  • Organising documents post-tender
  • Suppliers responses
  • Administration tasks i.e. opening/closing files and ad hoc inquiries

All work will be reviewed by the fee earner initially, with time building up to autonomous work, allowing for great skills development.
