Commercial Contracts Lawyer required to join a local authority based in Essex for an initial 6 month period.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious Commercial Contracts Lawyer to work within a friendly local authority team. The successful Contracts lawyer will come from a Commercial background. Day to day duties of the role will vary, but will include;

  • Commercial Contracts and Procurement
  • Dealing with JCT contracts
  • Providing advice on New Home Build Projects
  • Advising on commercial contract disputes
  • Negotiation and Development of Shared Service Agreements
  • Providing procurement advice
