Our client, a regional and well recognised full service law firm has a loyal client base throughout the North West and beyond and is regarded as a progressive and friendly firm with a focus on client care.

A rare opportunity has now arisen for a Junior Conveyancer to join the team at offices in North Manchester. The successful Junior Conveyancer will run their own residential property caseload including;

  • Sales
  • Purchases
  • Transfers of equity
  • Re-mortgages
  • Shared ownership
  • Help to buy
  • Right to buy

The ideal candidate will have experience running their own caseload but my client are also open to hearing from individuals with less experience who are looking to take the next step up to run their own files. There will be supporting & training provided.

The role is open to qualified solictors, CILEX, Licensed Conveyancers or unqual.

In return my client is offering a competitive salary and package, genuine career progression opportunities and the chance to join a well-established and already busy team.
