Sellick Partnership is currently recruiting for a Conveyancing Assistant to join a public sector organisation on a locum basis.
Our client is seeking a Legal Advisor experienced in conveyancing matters to join their legal services team on a full-time basis for an anticipated period of 5-6 months.
The successful candidate will be available to commence this assignment at short notice. Day to day responsibilities may include;
- Right to buy/right to acquire
- Shared ownership sale transactions
- SDLT returns
- Land Registry registrations
The ideal candidate will have previous experience gained in these areas and will be able to hit the ground running with minimal assistance.
