Our client is a commercially focused law firm providing specialist advice to a wide array of clients both domestically and internationally. Their successful and thriving Corporate and Commercial team is currently looking for a Corporate Associate to join on a full time permanent basis.

Your New Role

The successful Corporate Solicitor will manage their own caseload of Corporate matters including;

  • Business Recovery / Restructuring
  • Equity Capital Raisings
  • Intellectual Property Licensing / Exploitation
  • Joint ventures and shareholders agreements
  • Mergers & Acquisitions
  • Private Equity
  • Start-ups
  • Venture Capital

About You

The successful Corporate Associate will;

  • Be a Qualified Solicitor with strong Corporate experience - between 5 and 8 years' PQE
  • Have previous experience in managing junior members of a team
  • Be an outgoing and enthusiastic individual with a friendly and personable approach to colleagues and clients
