A highly reputable regional practice in West London, our client is committed to providing quality, expert advice to a range of clients. They are currently seeking a Corporate Commercial Solicitor to join their busy team on a full-time, permanent basis.

Your New Role

The successful Corporate Commercial Solicitor will be providing a high quality legal service on all aspects of Corporate Commercial Law including:

  • Mergers and Acquisitions
  • Corporate Finance
  • Insolvency and Restructuring
  • Joint Ventures
  • Constitutional documents and agreements between business owners
  • Terms & Conditions
  • GDPR advice
  • Secured Lending and Banking matters

About You

The successful Corporate Commercial Solicitor will have 2-4 years' experience running Corporate and Commercial matters, and will have the ability to come in and really hit the ground running, and become a valued member of the team.
