Corporate Financial Advisor
£65000 - £75000 per annum
Sellick Partnership are recruiting for a financial advisor with strong focus on financial modelling within with a fast growth organisation focused on the property and renewables markets.
This organisation is going through significant change due to growth and backing by a multibillion dollar parent company. You will be part of the advisory team focusing on the Acquisitions, Disposals and Investment appraisals of Property Development, Renewable Energy Distribution, EV Instillations and much more. You will be delivering scenario analysis, corporate guidance and pushing back to ensure the best commercial decisions are reached.
The role will be based from the London offices, with 2-3 days' work from home.
- Design and deliver robust financial models for Acquisition, Disposal and Investments
- Analyse key valuation drivers for all major projects
- Focus on strict financial discipline in investment selections
- Negotiate conditions for M&A and organise appropriate structures
- Deliver regional annual impairment review
- Project financial reporting & cost management
- Business Partner - Sales, Corporate Finance, Tax Teams and C-Suite
You will come from an academic background where strategic modelling has been a core part of your education and or within your commercial experience. Someone from either a qualified accountant, Legal, Product Management background with strong attention to detail, analytically minded and a strong knowledge of modelling techniques would fit well.
If you have a background as a financial advisor or in financial modelling exposure to commercial banking, financial modelling, business partnering C-Suite and a real focus for detail this will suit you well and I would be keen to hear from you.
