A new and rare opportunity has arisen with a Legal 500 firm to join their growing Corporate Department on a permanent basis in Hampshire.

Your New Role

The successful Corporate Solicitor will be joining a dedicated team working on a wide range of matters including;

  • Mergers and acquisitions
  • Private equity
  • Equity capital markets
  • Business sales
  • Joint ventures
  • Corporate reorganisations

About You

The ideal Corporate Solicitor will;

  • Be a qualified Solicitor with at least 3 years' PQE
  • Have experience of working with high-end clients dealing with Corporate matters
  • Have the ability to work both working autonomously and within teams
