Corporate Solicitor

Sellick Partnership are currently working with a well-established, reputable law firm based in Manchester where an exciting opportunity has arisen for a Corporate Solicitor to join their team.

Our client are looking for a Solicitor to join their Corporate department.

Candidates are required to support a growing pipeline of work from our existing client base.

You can expect a positive working environment, good work/life balance and being present amongst a growing team of experts.

The ideal candidate will be a qualified solicitor with experience in the following areas:

  • Corporate Law, in particular:

o Acquisitions and disposals

o MBOs

o Shareholders' Agreements

  • Private Equity / Venture Capital (not essential)

This list is not exhaustive as the successful candidate will need to be flexible and adaptable to take on a wide variety of tasks to assist the wider Corporate team and work closely with lawyers within the team on transactions.

Our client are looking for an individual who is well organised, and able to demonstrate a commercial approach, who is driven to delivering tangible results and who displays a desire to be an integral part of the team.
